The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our Central Services Finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting the smooth running of our day-to-day finance operations, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with defined processes. You’ll work across a range of core finance activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and banking, helping to maintain high-quality financial data and supporting the wider finance team. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the administration of Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes Processing sales invoices, supplier invoices, and employee expenses (including credit cards) Assisting with cash allocation, bank reconciliations, and payment runs Supporting period-end activities through timely and accurate processing Maintaining customer and supplier records to ensure data accuracy Following established standard operating procedures and escalation processes Contributing to the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a finance administration or accounts assistant role Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment A structured and organised approach to your work A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop within finance Why join us?
