What youll be doing:
* Supporting experienced Consultants across the full recruitment process
* Sourcing and speaking with candidates, engaging with clients, and helping manage live roles
* Learning the Wealth Management market - IFAs, Paraplanners, Compliance professionals and more
* Building your own market knowledge and gradually taking on more responsibility as you develop
