SEN Teaching Assistants Required - Make a Difference in the Lives of Young People with Autism

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a specialist school in Effingham, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse and inspiring group of students, aged 11-16, who have associated behavioural and communication difficulties.
About the Role:
* You will be working alongside teachers, providing direct support to students within the classroom.
* You will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of lessons and activities, creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
* You will be part of a collaborative and committed multidisciplinary team, working together to ensure that students receive the best possible care and education.

* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
* Experience working with students with autism and associated communication and behavioural difficulties (desirable).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach.
