Job Description: Co-ordinate all aspects of Quality Assurance, GP and Quality Control across the provision of Pharmacy Services; Oversee and review the reporting and learning from errors across the pharmacy department; Be responsible lead for the management and maintenance of the departments digital Quality Management System (I Passport); Act as a named person responsible for QC on MHRA licenses; Play an active and influential role in process redesign, quality improvement and implementing change; Responsible for audit and compliance of P&D for WDA(H) and radio pharmacy and MS license as we develop toward MHRA regulatory requirement.
