Overview
First Military Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to expand opportunities in Bedford using traditional prospecting methods.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Handle all inbound leads through various channels, including website, email, telephone, and others.
* Continuously build and update the sales pipeline.
* Close sales and meet or exceed assigned targets.
* Obtain renewal dates of prospects tied to contracts with competitors.
* Conduct outbound cold calling and business-to-business communications, which may include generating appointments and leads for our sales teams.
* Prospect for new business, including participation in strategic marketing campaigns.
* Present, promote, and demonstrate the company's services to prospective clients effectively.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Skills and Qualifications
* At least secondary-level education (depending on country-specific levels).
* Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or new business sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
* Ability to analyse sales results and customer information.
* Advanced planning skills to achieve targets.
* Proficiency in CRM systems or similar tools.
* Basic to intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
