These roles are ideal for graduates considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, mental health, youth justice, social work or pastoral leadership.
Psychology and Criminology Graduate role:
In this varied and rewarding role, you may:
* Support pupils with SEND
* Work with students presenting SEMH and behavioural needs
* Provide pastoral support to promote emotional wellbeing
* Offer general classroom support alongside teaching staff
* Deliver 1:1 or small-group interventions
* Help students overcome barriers to learning and engagement
We Are Looking For in aPsychology or Criminology Graduate:
* Recent graduates in Psychology, Criminology or related subjects
* A strong interest in SEND, SEMH, behaviour or pastoral support
* Calm, resilient and empathetic individuals
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience with young people (desirable but not essential)
