We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar staff to join our team the vibrant Crabby Dicks Lounge and Bar in Bideford.
Duties
As a Bar Server, you will be at the heart of our customer experience — greeting customers/guests with a smile, serving drinks to a high standard whilst maintaining the upbeat, welcoming vibe that Crabby Dicks is known for.
Welcome customers/guests warmly and take accurate drink orders.
Prepare and serve drinks to Crabby Dicks specifications, including cocktails, craft beers, and wines.
Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned.
Keep the bar and service/non service areas including the cellar clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members.
Follow all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene procedures, including allergen awareness.
Uphold personal grooming and uniform standards, contributing to the venue's vibrant atmosphere.
Experience
Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to the sale of alcohol under the Licensing Act 2003.
Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work evenings, late nights and weekends.
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 18 per week

* Bideford EX39: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
