What You’ll Do Support residents in daily living, wellbeing and routines Build trusted relationships Encourage training, volunteering and employment Keep clear digital records Work a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins Sleep-ins are part of this role: Once a week you’ll work an afternoon shift, stay overnight, open the project at 8am and finish around 12–1pm. Each sleep-in is paid at an extra £45.
