What will you do as a Head of Ecommerce
* Reporting directly to the CEO
* Drive digital vision, revenues & operational excellence in D2C and marketplace channels
* Define/execute the global eCommerce growth strategy alongside Group objectives
* Lead the digital transformation of consumer brands, driving sales/long-term customer value
* Oversee D2C website (e.g. Shopify, Magento), build, optimisation and localisation
* Manage third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) develop strategic partnerships
* Ensure seamless systems integration with ERP, CRM, OMS, and fulfilment providers
What will you need to be a Head of Ecommerce
* Senior eCommerce or digital leadership experience, ideally within retail or consumer goods
* Success scaling D2C eCommerce operations & marketplaces - Amazon exp essential
* Commercially focused with full P&L accountability and performance-driven mindset
* Experience in fast-paced, high-growth or private equity-backed businesses
