Do you have a passion for working with seniors and a heart for Memory Care? Agemark Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead The Kensington. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire operation of the community—managing staff, overseeing financials, building strong relationships, and fostering community involvement while sharing Agemark’s mission locally.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building – Connect with families, residents, and service providers to ensure exceptional care.
Team Leadership – Mentor, hire, onboard, and support staff while promoting a collaborative environment.
Community Management – Maintain high standards in service delivery and personalized care.
Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, monitor census, and collaborate with marketing and corporate teams.
Collaboration – Partner with other Agemark properties and support teams to implement best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience in senior living management or a related field required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing teams and budgets.
Proficient with MS Office 365 and web-based tools.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills to engage with staff, families, and the community.
