The Role
* To ensure that each customer booking meets their requirements
* To answer customer queries in a professional and timely manner
* To provide excellent customer services which exceed customer expectations
* To support the Senior/Customer Account Manager
* To ensure the smooth-running of Administration and use of IT Systems
* To devise and maintain office system
* Organising delivery of products to customers
* Maintaining Delivery Schedules
* Creating and sending packing lists to customers
* Coordinating deliveries and follow up calls to ensure goods delivered
* Placing Orders with suppliers and arranging delivery
* Stock control
* Communicating with customers to discuss stocking levels
* Communicating with Customers to discuss Product Issues and Uptake
* Customer Trends on Re ordering
* General Administration Duties to support departments within the company
* Support Sales with Operational tasks (no selling involved)
The skills required are:
o Microsoft Office incl Word and Excel – Must be proficient with Word and Excel
o IT Literate
o Ability to work under pressure
o This is a fast paced role requiring accuracy and attention to detail
o Min. 2 year work experience
