We currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced assistant manager for our busy bar/ restaurant in Clydebank supporting our general manager in the day to day running of the business.
What we are looking for from you is:
* Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience in a good quality, food lead fast paced business.
* An expansive product knowledge including cocktails
* Share a passion for great customer service and giving the guest an experience to remember.
* Be able to work under pressure whilst still delivering excellent service.
* The day to day running of the restaurant and managing the floor.
* Supporting, training and motivating team members to ensure high standards of service.
* Opening and closing duties including cashing up.
* Managing the day to day running of the business in the General Managers abscence
40 hours per week. Shifts are 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends.
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
Weekly pay plus equal share of tips.
