We are an award-winning, independent estate agency with a huge social media presence seeking a talented and creative Photographer and Videographer to join our successful team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for visual storytelling and have experience in both video production and photography. This role requires proficiency in various editing software and an understanding of social media management to effectively engage with our audience. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand's vision and objectives.
Responsibilities
* Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
* Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate our message.
* Utilise Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro, to edit footage and enhance visual storytelling.
* Conduct photo shoots as needed, applying skills in photography and photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and Capture One.
* Manage video projects from conception through to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in video production techniques to continually improve content quality.
* Assist in the management of social media accounts by creating visually appealing content that drives engagement.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One.
* Strong skills in photography and photo editing with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent storytelling abilities with a background in journalism being an advantage.
* Familiarity with social media management practices and strategies to enhance audience engagement.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to manage individual projects effectively.
