We are seeking AML Analysts with experience reviewing client transaction activity reports, dispositioning alerts, and conducting ongoing transaction monitoring across 1st and 2nd LOD on a contract basis.

Responsibilities
* Review client transactional activity reports for deviations from expected behaviors.
* Disposition alerts from system migrations (e.g., Comply Advantage to LexisNexis).
* Conduct ongoing transaction monitoring to identify suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
* Support AML and sanctions compliance by assessing risks in transactional data.
* Collaborate with internal teams to maintain monitoring processes.
* Escalate issues and recommend further investigations.
Qualifications
* A 2.1 degree in Finance, Legal, or STEM.
* Experience with transaction monitoring and investigations, especially with institutional clients.
* Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems (experience with LexisNexis and Comply Advantage is a plus).
* Understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act and sanctions regulations.
* Knowledge of AML, KYC, and sanctions screening, including complex transaction flows.
* CAMs qualification is beneficial but not required.
* Experience drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) to authorities.
* Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
* Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
