Job Title: Field Sales
Location: Bolton
Salary: GBP30,000 Basic (GBP60,000 Guarantee for First Year subject to experience)
Realistic OTE: GBP90,000 (uncapped). Top earners exceeding GBP100K.

Recognized as one of the UK’s leading companies in their field, they boast highly trained and rewarded staff. Currently, they seek an experienced Field Sales Executive.
The Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will work closely with your designated telesales team to sell a range of services primarily to SMEs. Your responsibilities include:
1. Attending sales appointments booked by your telemarketing partner.
2. Adopting a consultative sales approach, providing tailored solutions to clients.
3. Generating new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
4. Thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven, high-energy environment with rewarding incentives.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a strong Field Sales professional with:
1. B2B field sales experience.
2. Understanding of consultative sales processes.
3. Confidence in value-based selling.
4. Experience selling to SMEs.
5. Proven closing skills.
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Location
This role is commutable from Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale, Bury, Ramsbottom, Radcliffe, Middleton.
