About you
We are looking for someone who can provide:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Excellent communication skills to contribute to the delivery of high- quality Faculty events
3. Excellent team working with a range of colleagues; able to show initiative in finding solutions to problems
4. Able to respond and resolve enquiries and problems, judging when to pass complex queries on to or involve others to provide an effective service and clear advice to colleagues and customers
5. Significant experience of delivering a range of high quality administrative and/or customer services in support of systems or processes
6. Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
7. A flexible approach to the working environment and working hours
8. Demonstrable proactive approach to supporting a range of staff members
Qualifications
Essential;
9. 5 GCSEs including Mathematics and English Language at Grade C or above or equivalent
10. A levels or equivalent
Desirable;
11. Hold a relevant professional level qualification in either: administration, finance, HR or marketing
Faculty
