What You'll Do: As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department. Your responsibilities will include: - Processing invoices against purchase orders within the company's systems. - Maintaining purchase ledger inboxes for various companies within the group. - Overseeing the invoicing system to ensure accuracy and addressing any issues that may arise. - Collaborating with the buying department to resolve queries promptly. - Conducting accurate monthly account reconciliations. - Timely processing of supplier payments to maintain strong vendor relationships. - Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties as needed. Who You Are: To thrive in this role, you should possess a blend of the following skills and experiences: - Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role is highly desirable. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential. - Educated to A Level standard.
