We’re recruiting a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to support post-16 students with autism and learning disabilities within a welcoming and inclusive further education setting in Bath. With modern facilities and a strong focus on independence, employability and life skills, the college provides a nurturing environment where students feel safe, valued and encouraged to achieve their potential. The most recent Ofsted report highlights the positive relationships between staff and students, the inclusive culture across the college, and the strong support provided for learners with additional needs. This SEN Teaching Assistant role would suit graduates, support workers, youth workers, sports coaches or anyone passionate about supporting young people with SEND. Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting individuals with additional needs is beneficial, but not essential. We’re primarily looking for someone who is patient, reliable, positive and eager to make a meaningful impact.
