The role
You'll be at the heart of the client journey, supporting advisers and ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and professionally.
Client & Adviser Support
* Preparing documentation and reports for client meetings
* Managing follow-ups and ensuring actions are completed
* Acting as a key contact for clients, providers, and internal teams
Technical & Implementation Work
* Producing suitability reports and supporting recommendations
* Managing fund switches, rebalances, withdrawals and top-ups
* Reviewing portfolios, asset allocations and risk profiles
New Business & Processing
* Handling applications, illustrations and provider liaison
* Ensuring all work is compliant and accurately recorded
Ongoing Client Servicing
* Supporting review processes and maintaining client records
* Keeping systems clean, accurate and up to date
Who this role will suit

* Has solid experience in financial planning / IFA administration / paraplanning
* Understands financial products, platforms and processes
