Job Description:
Handle is partnering exclusively with a leading global advertising agency as they grow their localisation team.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee projects for major global brands across various channels, including digital, social, TV, and print.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will report directly to a Project Director and will play a key role in maintaining the company's reputation for quality and efficiency. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to realize their vision.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client expectations, ensure clear communication, and address or escalate challenges efficiently.
* Oversee the delivery of multilingual marketing campaigns, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-standard completion.
* Adapt project management processes to meet client needs, encouraging creative solutions for successful delivery.
* Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and document scope changes thoroughly.
* Build collaborative relationships with clients, agencies, and suppliers to support successful outcomes.
* Assess resource requirements, including linguists, budgets, and timelines, optimizing costs to meet project objectives.
* Assign tasks, define roles, and guide project teams, ensuring quality across all deliverables.
* Improve project management tools and processes, and train colleagues on best practices.
* Monitor account forecasts, manage workload spikes, and ensure resource availability.
* Collaborate with Account Management to oversee project financials, deliver within margins, and maximize revenue.
* Assist in business development through project scoping, estimating, and sales participation.
* Mentor junior team members, providing feedback and growth opportunities.
* Promote team collaboration, foster a positive environment, and motivate team members.
* Conduct post-project reviews, assign responsibilities, and follow up on actions.
* Lead project teams across multiple workstreams, providing guidance and resolving issues.
* Ensure consistent project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
* Maintain high-quality reporting and documentation.
* Manage costs proactively and solve problems efficiently.
* Provide accurate timelines and cost forecasts.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across teams.
