An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced non-contentious construction lawyer (6+ PQE) to join a leading UK Construction & Engineering practice in London.
This highly regarded team advises developers, institutional investors, funders, public sector bodies, corporate occupiers and major contractors on complex, high-value construction, engineering and infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.
The practice is involved in some of the market’s most high-profile work spanning:
• Major real estate developments
• Large-scale regeneration schemes
• Logistics & e-fulfilment projects
• Energy & infrastructure
• Healthcare & life sciences
• Hotels, retail & leisure assets
• Public sector and transport projects
The successful candidate will have strong experience advising on:
JCT, NEC, FIDIC and MF/1 contracts
Development agreements and funding arrangements
Agreements for lease
Complex development and regeneration projects
