This is a standout opportunity for an experienced engineer who wants more than just a day-to-day service role. You'll act as the lead company representative in the London region, with genuine influence over service delivery and the chance to play a key role in helping establish and grow a new regional operation. Key Responsibilities
* Act as the lead engineer and company representative across the London area
* Attend reactive call-outs and arrange preventative maintenance visits
* Schedule and manage your own workload, as well as coordinating work for others
* Carry out surveys to support quotations for remedial works
* Liaise daily with clients, fellow engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Manage receipt and control of stock deliveries
* Commission fire alarm systems
* Service and maintain fire alarm systems, access control systems, and occasional CCTV systems
* Support future growth with opportunities to move into management
?? Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong knowledge of Advanced and Apollo fire systems
* Minimum 5 years' experience working on fire alarm systems
* Proven experience working on large projects
* Ability to work autonomously with a strong track record of self-management
* Competent across access control and CCTV systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to use initiative
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
* Previous experience in a similar role within the fire and security industry
