About the Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Process Operators to join our Campact team at EGGER. As part of a shift-based production environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of our plant while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role will work 12 hour shifts (Days & Nights).
Starting salary £16.50 per hour, working an average of 42 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Operating plant machinery and processes in line with standard operating procedures
2. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
3. Monitoring raw material levels and accurately completing shift reports and handovers
4. Working closely with your shift team, Shift Leader, and engineering colleagues to resolve production issues
5. Adhering to all health, safety, and quality standards at all times
6. Identifying and reporting hazards, incidents, and equipment issues
7. Supporting continuous improvement activities and suggesting process enhancements
8. Providing cover across the team when required and assisting with training of new starters
