We are currently working with a majorly backed Manufacturer who are looking for a Shift Supervisor in Kidderminster. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of a production or manufacturing team. The role focuses on ensuring safe working practices, maintaining quality standards, driving productivity, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Conduct and maintain risk assessments and safety documentation to ensure a safe workplace.
