A well-established retailer is seeking a commercially astute Senior Marketing Manager to lead their multi-channel marketing function. This is a strategic yet hands-on position ideal for a results-oriented marketer with experience managing digital campaigns, brand development, and high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and deliver the full marketing strategy across digital and offline channels
* Oversee paid performance marketing (Google Ads, Paid Social), SEO, CRO, and CRM
* Lead brand and content creation, including design direction, photography, and social media
* Drive growth through campaign optimisation, analytics, and customer engagement
* Plan and execute seasonal launches, exhibitions, and partnerships
* Manage and mentor a small in-house team
* Take ownership of budget planning and performance tracking (budget responsibility up to 7 figures)
* Report on KPIs and provide insight to the leadership team
Requirements:
* Track record in digital marketing, campaign execution, and brand building
* Experience leading small teams and working cross-functionally
* Strong commercial acumen with a data-led approach
* Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Canva, and Adobe Suite
