Responsibilities
* Delivering direct patient care in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring safety, comfort, and well‑being.
* Assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for patients presenting with a range of conditions.
* Managing patient flow and ensuring efficient and timely care delivery in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring their effects, and documenting appropriately.
* Supporting patients and their families by providing information, reassurance, and emotional support during critical and stressful situations.
* Working closely with senior nurses and doctors to manage clinical situations and contribute to decision‑making.
* Participating in handovers, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information is shared for continuous care.
* Maintaining high clinical and safety standards in line with hospital protocols and policies.
* Assisting with the training and development of junior staff and students, promoting a supportive learning environment.
* Continuously developing your clinical skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
