Salary: Up to £70,000 + 10% bonus + commission
A leading Womenswear luxury fashion house is seeking an experienced General Store Manager to lead its flagship London store. This is a hands-on, senior leadership role for someone passionate about women’s tailoring and ready-to-wear, with a proven track record in driving sales, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across sales and back-of-house functions
• Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure targets are consistently achieved
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through expert clienteling and CRM practices
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and service standards
• Analyse sales trends, client data, and market insights to identify growth opportunities
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying luxury, craftsmanship, and modern elegance
About You:
• 5+ years’ experience luxury retail management in womenswear or tailoring would be a bonus.
• Proven ability to deliver commercial results and develop high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen, organisation skills, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Warm, approachable, hands-on leader with a passion for client excellence and retail operations
