We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer/ Setter/Operator on behalf of our client based in Warwick (CV34). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled team within a well established engineering environment.

£20.00 per hour Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities: Programming, setting and operating CNC machines to exact specifications
Working to tight tolerances while maintaining high-quality standards
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately
Collaborating effectively within a small team environment
Maintaining machinery and ensuring all work meets health and safety standards
Requirements: Experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes and milling machines
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances
Ability to use precision measurement tools including micrometers, verniers and depth gauges
Experience with HAAS machines is desirable but not essential
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components
Positive attitude with the ability to work well within a team
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
