The role
* Develop and manage relationships with business owners across the region
* Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and referrals
* Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to close
* Attend client meetings and manage your own diary
* Build long‑term partnerships and repeat business opportunities
* Work collaboratively with internal commercial and customer teams
* Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline management
* Support wider business growth strategies
What we are looking for
* Proven success within a field‑based B2B sales role
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Commercially driven and target‑focused
* Self‑starter mentality with the confidence to generate opportunities independently
* Resilient, proactive and solutions‑focused
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Must be based in the UK and hold a valid right to work in the UK
