PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £65,000 - £70,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience, plus London Weighting Allowance of £5,441. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
Purpose of the Role
This is a 6-Month Fixed Term Contract. As a Senior Delivery Manager you will lead the successful delivery of complex, large-scale digital products and services—particularly streaming and video-on-demand platforms—used by millions worldwide. You will enable cross‑functional teams (engineering, QA, design, product, and business stakeholders) to deliver high‑quality outcomes, removing blockers, managing risks, and maintaining momentum. This is a challenging, hands‑on delivery role that requires excellent stakeholder management and a passion for delivering great work for customers. You’ll work with a wide range of internal and external teams including legal, finance, compliance, commercial, design, and software development to shape delivery practices that support our growth and ambition.

Key Responsibilities & Impact
* Own the end‑to‑end delivery process, from discovery through build, QA, and release, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
* Champion agile ways of working, optimising delivery flow across multiple teams, and coaching others in agile techniques.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations.
* Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that supports high performance, healthy dynamics, and continuous improvement.
* Track and communicate progress, outcomes, and performance; manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
* Support financial planning and control by contributing to budgets, reporting, and forecasting; review supplier invoices and monitor project budgets.
* Lead procurement processes and manage external suppliers to deliver successful outcomes.
* Encourage innovation, retrospectives, and feedback loops to evolve delivery practices and strengthen operational excellence.
Essential Criteria
* Proven experience delivering large-scale digital products, ideally within OTT/TV, syndication, or VOD platforms.
* Deep knowledge of agile delivery methods, with the ability to coach, influence, and lead teams.
* Strong understanding of the Product Operating Model is advantageous; all digital/software project management backgrounds are valued.
* Solid understanding of digital technologies and workflows, and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
* Track record of writing and managing delivery documentation (SoWs, change requests, user stories, specs, plans).
* Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, and reviewing supplier invoices.
* Strong leadership, facilitation, and presentation skills, with an appetite for workshops and client-facing sessions.
* Experience with Content/Video Management Systems and broadcast media environments.
Desired But Not Required
* Certified Scrum Master
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Miro, Figma, and Slack.
