Travel: A full UK driving licence is required, as regular travel to Evri operational sites and supplier locations is essential.

Evri is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to play a key role in ensuring our IT services consistently deliver high performance, stability, and value to our business.
You'll work at the heart of our operations, partnering with senior leaders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure our technology supports one of the UK's leading logistics networks.
About the Role
As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for managing critical IT services, overseeing strategic vendors, and acting as the key link between IT and our operational teams. You'll ensure services run smoothly, performance is measured and improved, and service transitions are delivered effectively.
This is a hands-on, visible role where you'll influence how IT supports our business — and drive service excellence across your assigned areas.
What you'll be doing
Managing IT services for assigned business areas, internal IT functions, and vendors in line with ITIL best practice.
Leading Service Design and Transition activities and reviewing Service Impact Assessments for new initiatives.
Maintaining and managing the IT Service Portfolio.
Monitoring day-to-day vendor performance and ensuring SLAs are met.
Running service reviews to drive continuous improvement with stakeholders and vendors.
Producing clear, insightful reporting on IT and vendor performance.
Providing operational expertise into Incident, Problem, and Risk Management processes.
Managing high-impact escalations directly or via Incident Management.
Representing your business area in CAB meetings and communicating changes effectively.
Delivering small service improvement projects.
Identifying opportunities for cost savings within your service portfolio.
What we're looking for
Qualifications
Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
ITIL 4 or ITIL v3 Foundation (ITIL 4 Practitioner in Supplier Management desirable).
Knowledge & Experience
4+ years in IT roles.
2+ years in IT Service Delivery.
Technical IT background (e.g., application or hardware lifecycle) desirable.
Experience within operational logistics is a plus.
Strong understanding of ITIL and project management processes.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to Evri operational sites and supplier locations.
Technical & People Skills
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Confident user of Microsoft Office and Jira.
Experience working in an ITIL-aligned environment.
Understanding of application and hardware life cycles.
Knowledge of project management life cycles.
