The role will include (but not limited to):
* Oversee various Social Media platforms, producing exciting content and engaging with customers
* Create relevant and engaging content through working with the wider teams
* Support with marketing events and promotional aspects
* Liaising with customers, including the management of our member database.
* Respond to customer queries and bookings for events, parties, groups, afternoon tea.
* Generate and collect positive online reviews.
* Work directly with Marketing, Graphics and Onsite Teams regarding promotions
* Assisting with other areas of the business as and when required.
