You will be hands-on in CNC programming, process improvement, technical support for quotations, and managing product structures within ERP systems. Manufacturing Engineer Job Description Develop & improve manufacturing processes for new and existing components Lead CI initiatives to improve quality, reduce cost, and optimise lead times Support CNC programming (Turning, Milling, 5-axis Mill/Turn) Contribute to quotations and project delivery Define tooling and workholding requirements Work collaboratively with operations, quality, and customer teams Manufacturing Engineer Qualification/ Skills/ Experience HNC/Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience 5 years in a precision engineering environment (aerospace preferred) Strong CNC knowledge: Fanuc, Siemens 840d, Heidenhain Experienced with aluminium, titanium, Inconel Proficient in Solid Edge, EdgeCam & Microsoft Office Familiar with GD&T, RCCA, 8D problem solving Experience with SQDCP and lean tools desirable If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply’
