In this role you’ll work closely with Senior Leaders and Line Managers across manufacturing operations, helping implement the people strategy and shape the employee experience. From driving ethical audits and talent development to embedding wellbeing initiatives and workforce planning, you’ll be at the heart of business-critical decisions.
We’re looking for an HR professional with:
* Proven experience in a fast-paced environment such as FMCG, food production or manufacturing.
* Understanding of employee relations, workforce planning and HR compliance
* The ability to coach, influence and partner with operational stakeholders
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on, including presence on the factory floor
* CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) is desirable, but not essential
