As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Systems and Digital Accountant to lead and optimise our business systems and digital processes. We understand that applicants may bring diverse skills in the digital landscape and we are open to structuring the role to best fit your expertise. Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and improve business systems and digital processes.
* Design and implement new software solutions and process improvements.
* Support staff in software-related matters, working closely with our Envirotech Manager.
* Ensure high availability and integrity of information systems.
* Collaborate with IT partners to deliver contracted services.
* Provide business insights using digital reporting tools such as Power BI.
* Maintain and enhance cybersecurity protocols.
Key Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and/or experience in accounting and IT.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft O365 and its digital footprint and workings.
* Experience with ERP and other business systems.
* Good working knowledge of cybersecurity.
* Demonstrated ability to tailor and implement digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, this includes training and supporting staff to confidently adopt new digital initiatives and technologies.
