Family Solicitor / CILEX (2–5 PQE)
Location: Reading (Hybrid Working Available)
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Family Solicitor or CILEX to join a growing and highly regarded Family team at a leading Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm.
Working closely with the Family Partner, you will take ownership of your own caseload while playing a key role in the continued growth and development of the department. The Role
You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of private family matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy matters (including complex/HNW cases)
* Private children matters
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Cohabitation agreements
You will inherit an existing caseload while also being encouraged to actively contribute to business development and client relationship management.
About the Team
The Family team is well-established and growing, led by an experienced mediator known for handling complex financial and children matters, particularly those involving families with children who have special needs.
You will be working alongside a collaborative and experienced team including senior associates, associates, trainees and paralegals, all within a supportive and high-performing environment.
