Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and events roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
* Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print and outdoor channels
* Manage website updates, social media scheduling, and email campaigns
* Liaise with international distributors to supply marketing assets and support localised campaigns
* Create graphics and produce videos to develop on-brand and creative content
* Help monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
Events:
* Plan, organise, and execute a calendar of international events including exhibitions, symposia, conferences and scientific workshops
* Manage logistics, delegate communications, supplier relationships, and on-site delivery for events
* Support the delivery of engaging and high-impact experiences at global exhibitions and conferences
* Work with the Marketing Manager and wider team to ensure brand consistency across all events
* Support the evaluation of event performance, generating post-event reports and recommendations
Requirements:
Skills / experience:
* Experience managing digital marketing
* Experience managing events
* Experience in design, specifically with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects)
Personal requirements:
* Confident, strong communicator (both verbal and written) who can build relationships with key customers / clinicians
* Positive attitude with the desire to provide a high level of customer service
* High level of organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to travel (if required)
IT skills:
* Microsoft Windows and Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel
* Experience with CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
Travel, both in the UK and overseas, may be necessary in this role.
Attending live surgical procedures may be required in this role.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
