If you’ve got experience in retail or other jobs where you have successfully led people before, then this role is perfect as your next step in management. We’re looking for a dedicated professional who knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others.
Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.
PAY RATE: Up to £13.86 per hour (day shift)
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!
HOURS: 32 hours a week across 4 days, weekends included.
LOCATION: St Davids Premier Inn, 23 Glasfryn Road, Haverfordwest, SA62 6RY.

What you’ll do:
As a Duty Manager, your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high‑performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications and experience:
• Leadership experience in retail or related environments. • Strong communication and organisational ability. • Ability to deliver outstanding customer experience and inspire a team. • Immediate availability and motivation to start in a permanent role.
