Job Title : Production Operator
Location: Bedford
Salary: Up to £31418.88 a year
Hours: 0600 - 1800 and 1800 - 0600, 4 on 4 off, Days and nights rotation
Quest Employment are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Bedford for a Production Operator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Our client is looking for a Production Operator who is hard-working, ambitious and flexible. The factory is an ideal environment for those with the right drive and attitude to excel and fulfil their potential, also potential of permanent roles when available.
As an Operator you will be required to Operate Plant Machinery and equipment efficiently to produce a product within the Food Safety and Quality system.
General duties:
To ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained and adhered to at all times
To understand Production processes.
To set up and diagnose Plant machinery to run at its maximum efficiency.
To diagnose Process faults.
Required:
Experience of working in a process environment is advantageous
Previous experience in Plant or Production operations
Can do" attitude and excellent attention to detail
Basic command of written and spoken English language
Physically fit and capable to working across multiple floors and at height
Able to look for more effective and efficient ways of doing things and bring new ideas to the business
