Job Opportunity: HR Advisor at Barchester Healthcare
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our exceptional employee services team. This remote, varied role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in coaching managers on best HR practices, in collaboration with a dedicated HR Business Partner. You will primarily support a multi-million-pound, fast-paced new build programme, including recruitment for 10 new care home openings annually and delivering an enhanced HR service during their first year.
This is a 12-month contract position.
Essential Requirements:
* Previous experience as an HR Advisor
* Experience in opening new services (beneficial)
* Willingness to travel across England as required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with recruitment, senior management, and project teams for staff onboarding
2. Provide comprehensive inductions for Care Home Administrators and Managers
3. Offer contractual support
4. Conduct on-site HR surgeries
5. Support case management processes
6. Deliver HR training to department heads
