We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and technically capable IT Support Specialist to join our IT team at Marlborough College. Reporting to the Security and Systems Engineer and the Helpdesk and Systems Engineer, you will provide first-line support for staff and pupils, ensuring excellent service and swift resolution of technical issues. You will also play a key role in user training, helping to improve digital literacy and confidence with systems such as Microsoft 365 and the College’s core platforms. This varied role is perfect for someone looking to develop a career in IT support and education technology, offering exposure to a wide range of systems and projects in a collaborative team environment.
