We’re looking for a Compliance & Maintenance M&E Scheduler to join a busy building services team. You’ll help keep engineers organised, jobs scheduled, and clients updated — making sure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Experience in scheduling or coordination within a trade, service, or construction-based business is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate day-to-day maintenance and small works
*
Manage job allocation systems and client portals
*
Communicate with clients and engineers to confirm and update jobs
*
Oversee a small team of operatives delivering reactive maintenance
*
Solve issues quickly and keep projects on track
*
Maintain compliance records and certifications
*
Support management with planning and reporting
Requirements:
*
Experience in scheduling or coordinating within a trade or service-based business
*
Confident communicator with good client and team interaction
*
Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
*
Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
*
Able to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
Package & Benefits:

£30,000 per annum (based on 40 hours per week – hours negotiable)
