TSA Surveying are currently supporting a Housing Association in Croydon and require qualified Stock Condition Surveyor

Role Overview:
* Conduct stock condition and RDSAP Surveys across residential properties in and around Croydon and Southeast London(CRO,CR2, SE25,SE19, CR4 and CR7)
* Portfolio of 1500+ properties
* Paid per survey Bedsits,Flats, Houses and Blocks
* Outside IR35
* Must have RDSAP EXPERIENCE
* Must be bale to commit to 4/5 DAYS A WEEK.
* Survey Template available -will forward upon request
Contract Details:
* Duration:12-month rolling contract
