People Business Partner - Tech

Their products connect store teams so they can work smarter, faster, and happier — and if you’ve been in a UK supermarket lately, you’ve probably seen them in action without even realising. With 250,000+ users across 21 countries, they’re scaling fast and already named one of the UK’s top 100 best SMEs to work for.
They’re now looking for a People Business Partner to help shape culture as they grow. This isn’t a tick-the-box HR gig — you’ll be partnering with managers, coaching leaders, designing and delivering learning programmes, embedding DE&I, and embedding People practices to scale in the right way. It’s equal parts strategic and hands-on, with plenty of scope to leave your mark.
This is a hybrid role with regular trips to their Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire offices to keep People Team presence strong.

* You’ve been a People/HR Business Partner in a fast-moving, scaling business.
* You’ve got some L&D firepower — spotting needs, building programmes, delivering impact.
* You’re credible with managers and leaders, able to coach, challenge and influence.
* You’re solutions-focused, proactive and commercially aware.
* You’re just as comfortable getting stuck into the detail as you are shaping big-picture strategy.
