Job Overview The individual will be expected to explain, inform, and guide company owners and organisational managers as to what is available for staff development, and then promote the services to obtain trust, a build a relationship, so orders are secured and repeated for mandatory and best practice training. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to business owners and organisational managers to promote staff development and training opportunities. Clearly explain available training services, including funded and commercial options, to prospective clients in a professional and informative manner. Identify client needs and match them with appropriate training solutions, supporting both mandatory and best practice development. Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and outcomes using internal systems. Work closely with a team of experienced trainers and colleagues to ensure high standards of service delivery. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all interactions. Continuously develop product knowledge and communication skills through in-house training and mentoring. Skills Proficiency in data entry with a keen attention to detail Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development. Can meet deadlines, stay organised, and manage their workload independently with light supervision.
