Our client is a successful online business who, over the last 2 years, have grown from strength to strength. Due to their success, they are looking for an experienced customer service advisor who is a focused individual to work 3 days in their office and 2 from home.\n\nDuties includes of a customer service advisor:\n\n * Regular customer/supplier interaction.\n\n * Collaboration with colleagues.\n\n * Responding accurately to requests, explaining solutions, and ensuring customers feel valued.\n\n * Service and provisioning case management.\n\n * Building lasting relationships with our customers based on trust, reliability, and delivery.\n\n * Understanding pre-defined SLA’s whilst providing an excellent customer experience.\n\n * Retain up to date product knowledge.\n\n * General administrative and operational duties.\n\nThe ideal candidate should\n\n * Excellent communication skills written and orally\n\n * Excellent telephone manner\n\n * Strong problem-solving ability\n\n * Customer Service experience\n\n * Passionate about what they do\n\n * Good time management\n\n * Excellent organizational skills\n\n * Strong IT skills, Word, Excel & Outlook etc\n\n * Full UK Drivers License\n\nWorking hours: -\n\n * Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00\n\nDue to a very high number of applications, we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
