Key Skills & Experience: IT savvy – confident with MS Word & Excel Accurate data entry and strong administration skills Pro-active, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Clear and professional written and verbal communication Highly organised Able to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines Previous administration experience (sales admin/wholesale experience beneficial but not essential) Key Responsibilities: Enter and process wholesale orders within the SAP system Send order confirmations and manage any out-of-stock updates/ETAs Prepare and send proforma invoices Upload and manage customer orders via a range of client portals Provide first-class after-sales support Complete new product line forms and supply product images/documentation to clients Monitor and manage seasonal and brand-led orders
