Maintenance Technician
Location - Havant
Salary - £19 phr

We are currently seeking a maintenance technician to join one of our leading manufacturing clients based in Havant. You will join the maintenance department on a day shift where you will ensure the site is maintained.
Day to day duties include -
Repairing and maintaining equipment in a safe compliant manner.
Identify and implement continuous improvements opportunities to increase equipment efficiency, effectiveness, reliability and process robustness
Update Maintenance records and reviews
Promote Safe Systems of Work, adhering to Safety regulations and Legislation
Proactive team working with peers, customers, and support groups to improve equipment reliability
efficiency, effectiveness, reliability and process robustness.
Work with Continuous Improvement and Process Engineering to seek opportunities to improve OEE
Must have -
Certified engineering apprenticeship/BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in engineering discipline or equivalent
A good understanding of electrical/mechanical/fluid power/control systems
Ability to analyse problems and perform repairs
Basic use of hand tools
Basic knowledge of hydraulics
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
