Monday to Friday 10am-2pm
We are recruiting a sales administrator to support our clients sales team in its continuing sales growth.
Full product training will be provided by your line manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Chasing up quotes and gleaning information around how we can improve
* Looking at sales retention
* Customer service via phone and email
* Updating spreadsheet and records
* All general admin duties
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role
* Comfortable with MS suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A team player with a positive mental attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Some Sage Experience dealing with Despatch Notes
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
