About the vacancy:
We are looking for a Building Safety and Compliance Coordinator focused on asbestos to assist in the delivery of a professional business safety service, ensuring the association meets its statutory technical compliance relating to asbestos management.
This role is responsible for ensuring the association complies with its statutory duties under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and all other legislative and regulatory requirements. Additionally, this role is responsible for providing expert technical advice to all teams who deal with asbestos within the association, for example, building safety, assets, maintenance, major works, voids and development teams.
